Minor Setbacks…
Being a newer company is hard. And sometimes people try to take advantage of you. The past few days have been full of much stress and anxiety as we were scammed by some random smoke shop in Michigan (who will go un-named as we just want this to end). Luckily, the website we were working with as a medium stepped in and we are now due a full refund. The “business” attempted to accuse US of scamming them…evidently offering to pay to return their merchandise is a scam? Idk, but they made 1 crucial mistake in their process. They essentially lied to the dispute team and i had photo evidence of our chat to prove it. Although frankly, the stress of the insults and accusations for days by these people has been taxing. Never-the-less, we have placed new orders, returned the faulty merchandise we wouldn’t let our worst enemies use, and are now almost done negotiating with a big player in the industry…stay tuned.
